Clyde Group Welcomes Cash S. Taylor As New VP of Talent and Culture.
Washington D.C. — August 23, 2022 — As it continues to grow and evolve, rooted in its principle of “People First,” Clyde Group is proud to welcome Cash S. Taylor as its new Vice President of Talent and Culture. In keeping with Clyde Group’s vision of being the best agency to work with and the best agency to work for, this role is essential to the continuous development of the organization’s commitment to another one of its principles, “Intentionally Diverse.”
Taylor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Clyde Group’s human resources department, charting the vision for the team member experience rooted in respect, diversity, and empowerment. She will help Clyde Group live its principles by fostering the team members that work for the company, making sure they have flexibility, learning opportunities, and a variety of projects they seek and want in their careers. Equally importantly, she will act as a steward for the agency’s unique culture, ensuring that it remains intact and thriving as Clyde Group looks to 2023 and beyond.
“I am beyond excited to be joining Clyde Group’s growing team, and helping it continue to grow for years to come,” said Taylor. “This is an impressive group that is fiercely proud — and rightfully so — of the culture Clyde Group has developed, and I’m looking forward to keeping that flame burning.”
Taylor brings more than 25 years of experience managing operations and empowering and fostering growth among successful teams. She began her career in call center management before moving into human resources for household brands and corporate heavyweights including Comcast, Verizon, and AmerisourceBergen. In addition, Taylor has served as an HR leader with smaller dynamic, nimble teams with professional services firms serving medium-sized businesses. Before joining Clyde Group, Taylor spent several years as the chief HR officer for two mental and behavioral health care providers in Philadelphia.
“What I was most excited about is Cash’s fierce commitment to the same values that drive Clyde — people first, always rising and diversity at the heart of all we do,” said Clyde Group Founder & CEO Alex Slater. “I am confident Cash will prioritize the promises we make to our team members: making sure they can show up as their whole selves, feel empowered to do their best work, see paths to advancement and have the educational opportunities to get there.”
Taylor remains active with Philadelphia’s business and civic communities and has an affinity for mentoring young women. A native of Philadelphia and graduate of the University of Delaware’s Lerner College of Business and Economics, Cash is relocating to the Washington, DC area, and will begin her role in a full-time capacity on August 29th.
