Account Supervisor, B2B

CLYDE is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Account Supervisor with expertise in sophisticated stakeholder communications to support a growing portfolio of clients, including those operating in highly regulated industries.

This role is designed for a communications professional who understands how to engage corporate partners, institutional stakeholders, policymakers, industry leaders, and decision-makers, while also bringing strong B2B and integrated communications capabilities across earned media, executive thought leadership, digital strategy, stakeholder engagement, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate has experience helping organizations elevate executive visibility, strengthen partnerships, support business development goals, and translate complex business priorities into compelling, audience-specific communications strategies. They are equally comfortable advising senior clients, developing strategic narratives, managing fast-moving account workstreams, and rolling up their sleeves to execute alongside teams.

This role will also help CLYDE continue evolving modern communications workflows through AI-enabled tools, integrated analytics, and smarter operational systems that better connect communications efforts to measurable organizational impact.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serve as a key leader across integrated communications accounts, building trusted client relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to advance business, reputation, partnership, and communications goals
  • Lead integrated communications programs spanning B2B communications, executive thought leadership, earned media, stakeholder engagement, partnership communications, and digital strategy
  • Develop audience-specific communications strategies designed to reach corporate partners, institutional stakeholders, policymakers, industry leaders, and decision-makers
  • Lead development of high-quality client deliverables including strategic plans, messaging frameworks, executive briefing materials, presentations, bylined content, and integrated campaign recommendations
  • Manage fast-moving account workflows, support business development efforts, mentor junior team members, and help evolve AI-enabled communications workflows and agency operations

  • Keep complex accounts and workflows organized across competing priorities while providing strong mentorship and direction to junior team members
  • Demonstrate adaptability and curiosity around emerging communications technologies and AI-enabled workflows while maintaining strong editorial judgment and communications fundamentals

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • 5–7 years of integrated communications experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B communications, partnership communications, executive visibility, stakeholder engagement, or corporate reputation programs strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently advise senior-level clients and manage competing priorities across fast-moving accounts
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, strategic communications, and AI-enabled workflow skills, with a strong understanding of how communications can support broader organizational and business goals

Compensation & Work Location:

The salary range for this position is $78,800 – $111,900, commensurate with experience. Hybrid or remote work location.
