The Role in a Nutshell
We are looking for a Creative Director who doesn’t just think “outside the box”. We want someone who never acknowledged the box existed in the first place. You are a Creative Strategist by nature and a Maker by trade. You believe the smartest idea can beat the biggest budget every single time. You are as comfortable writing a high-stakes manifesto for a pitch as you are directing a scrappy social shoot or managing a production budget. You don’t just “do” creative strategy; it is your default setting for navigating the world.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping shape the direction of the firm, supporting the agency’s goals, and ensuring that your team continues to grow and evolve in alignment with client and market needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Audience-First Architecture: Build creative concepts from the ground up based on deep audience insights, not just “cool” ideas or visuals.
- The Lead Pen: Act as a master storyteller across web, digital, video scripts, and high-level proposals.
- Strategic Risk-Taking: Propose bold, culture-shifting ideas while maintaining a “Scrappy & Executable” mindset.
- Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and a true collaborator with your account teams . You don’t just “present” work; you sell the vision, handle the pushback, and pivot in real-time.
- Full-Spectrum Production: Oversee the lifecycle of a project from the initial napkin sketch to managing productions and final delivery.
- Cultural Hunting: Stay obsessed with social trends, technologies, and influencer landscapes, knowing exactly where a brand needs to “show up” to be relevant.

The “Must Haves”:
- 8+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- A portfolio that proves you can write for anything: from 6-second ads to 10-page proposals.
- Proven experience in Social & Influencer strategy. You know how to build a community, not just a campaign.
- Experience managing production budgets and leading crews on set.
- The ability to present to a C-suite one hour and brainstorm TikTok transitions the next.
- Collaborative Spirit: You believe that a good idea can come from anywhere/anyone, whether it’s an intern or the CEO. You are a “yes, and” person who builds others up rather than tearing ideas down.
- Operational Excellence: You are “creatively organized.” You understand that being a professional creative means meeting deadlines, managing deliverables, and keeping the team in the loop.

Compensation and Work Location:
The salary range for this position is $111,000 to $164,200, commensurate with experience. Hybrid or remote work location.
