This Privacy Policy addresses questions about the types of personal information we collect, the third parties with whom we may share such information, and how you can review or change the personal information you provide to us.
Clyde Group LLC and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies (collectively “Clyde,” “we,” “us” and “our“) are committed to protecting your privacy through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy“). This Policy describes the types of information we collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website available at: https://www.clydegroup.com/ and any other websites directly owned by Clyde where this Policy is linked (collectively the “Site“), and Clyde’s practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

However, it is important to note that this Policy does not apply to information collected by any other website operated by any third party, or information collected by any third party through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Site (see “Third-Party Websites” below for additional information).
When you submit information to or through the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Policy. ACCORDINGLY, PLEASE REVIEW THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY.

The Terms of Use contain provisions that limit our liability to you and require you to resolve any dispute with us on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. This Policy is incorporated into and made a part of our Terms of Use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR OUR TERMS OF USE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY PORTION OF THE SITE. This Policy may change from time to time (see below, “Changes to this Policy“). “Usage Information” or “Usage Data” is information about an individual’s online activity that, by itself, does not identify the individual, such as: browser type; operating system; webpages visited; technical information, such as the user’s mobile service provider, the web browser or other applications or programs through which the user to accessed the Site; the user’s IP address; the user’s device’s version and identification number; information about what the user has searched for and looked at while using the Site; information about communications the user made while using the Site, such as the people the user communicated with and the time, date, and duration of the user’s communications; and metadata, which means information related to items the user made available through the Site, such as the date, time or location that a shared photograph or video was taken or posted. Generally, we do not consider Usage Data as Personal Information because Usage Data by itself usually does not identify an individual. Personal Information and Usage Data may be linked together. Section 9: Third-Party Websites
This Policy does not apply to websites or other domains that are maintained or operated by third parties or our affiliates. Our Site may link to third-party websites and services, including partners, industry outlets, and social media platforms.
