Beth Engelmann is a Managing Director at CLYDE.
Beth is the Managing Director of Corporate Strategy at Clyde where she helps organizations clarify direction, strengthen enterprise reputation, and accelerate growth through integrated strategy, brand, and operational alignment. She is known for leading complex transformations, building high performing teams, and creating clarity inside organizations navigating change.
Beth brings deep agency leadership experience shaped by two tenures at Golin and senior roles at Edelman. Her work has spanned global headquarters and major market offices including Chicago and Dallas where she most recently served as Managing Director. During her agency career she co created Fuel Up to Play 60 in partnership with the NFL and the First Lady’s Lets Move initiative. The program became the nations largest in school health and wellness effort reaching millions of students and setting a new standard for public private partnerships in nutrition and physical activity.
Beth spent nearly a decade in house as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Dairy Management Inc. where she drove sales, trust, and long term category growth on behalf of 34,000 U.S. dairy farmers. At DMI she launched Undeniably Dairy the industrys first category level campaign which continues to exceed benchmarks and strengthen consumer trust in dairy.
Across her career Beth has worked at the intersection of trust, science, and public perception. She brings a business first mindset to corporate brand building enterprise strategy and operational design helping organizations simplify complexity and create momentum.
For the past decade Beth has served on the Board of Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago where she previously chaired the marketing committee.
